Best things to say to someone who is depressed;

It is most tempting, when you find out someone is depressed, to attempt
to immediately fix the problem. However, until the depressed person has
given you permission to be their therapist,
the following responses are more likely to help.

* I love you!
* I Care.
* You’re not alone in this..i am with u.
* I’m not going to leave/abandon you..never.
* Do you want a hug?
* Be strong.
* All I want to do now is give you a hug and a shoulder to cry on..
* Hey, you’re not crazy!
* I understand your pain and I empathize.
* I just can’t imagine how hard it must be.
* I can’t really fully understand what you are feeling, but I can offer
my compassion.
* If you need a friend,im here.
* TRUST IN GOD….HE LOVES U..
* U CAN DO IT. CHEER UP!
* u will soon feel better..

What else? you can add more. :P

*Going for a walk is the easiest exercise for me to do when I’m depressed. It doesn’t require as much energy and motivation as other activities. Breathing the fresh air and looking at the beauty of nature can be helpful, and taking my doggy “Churchill” along is even better. Just watching his ears flop as he bounces down the road in front of me often brings a smile to my face.*
