A strong woman works out every day to keep her body in shape..but a woman of strength builds relationships to keep her soul in shape. A strong woman isn’t afraid of anything …but a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of her fear. A strong woman won’t let anyone get the best of her … but a woman of strength gives the best of her to everyone. A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future…a woman of strength realizes life’s mistakes can also be unexpected blessings and capitalizes on them. A strong woman wears the look of confidence on her face…but a woman of strength wears grace. A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey…but a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong.

Mine wasn’t too bad for a change :) busy as usual
but not too busy!! Nothing exciting though. It is extremely cold here right now. Can hardly believe this weather in November.

I am back on blogging :P Oki Doki na puter kow! Pag magloko pa ‘to uli tatadyakan ko na at ayaw ko nang mag blogging (joke) :P
I guess this is what happens when I am disobedient to my husband. “sorry”! Super duper tigas kasi ng ulo ko minsan. Kaya ayaw pagamit ng puter nya, baka sirain ko daw! :P :P

When we allow ourselves to be witnessed by another, we cannot help but be transformed by the experience. Whether we are sharing a personal experience, standing in front of friends to celebrate a special occasion, or expressing our unbridled joy or sorrow in front of a loved one, we are allowing ourselves to be seen and experienced in a very intimate way. Not only are we baring ourselves to someone else, but we are allowing that person to hold a very specific kind of space with us so this powerful act can take place. To be witnessed is to let ourselves be seen as we truly are in that moment.
